QUESTION: How Do You Buy A Gun Online?

Some people don’t realize that it’s perfectly legal to buy firearms online. There are only a couple of rules, but it’s basically like buying a gun from any gun shop. You cannot have guns shipped to you or your home address. You must locate a FFL (Federal Firearm License) dealer (aka gun shop) in your area where the rifle will be shipped to (the easiest thing to do is just use your closest gun shop, and all you have to do is email us their FFL information). When you pickup your rifle from your local FFL, they will perform an “FFL Transfer” of the rifle into your hands.

QUESTION: How do you get the rifle to me if I live out of your area?

It’s very simple. You guy the gun, we ship the rifle to a specific FFL licensed dealer in your state (this is the local gun shop of your choice). We can NOT ship out of the United States. If we ship the rifle out of state no Alabama state taxes will be charged and we will give you FREE shipping!

QUESTION: How are your AR-15’s different from a store bought AR-15? or Why should I buy an AR-15 from you instead of the local gun shop?

There are budget level or entry level brands, mid-tier brands and high-end custom firearms. We build high-end firearms that are designed to be run hard by the end user. By carefully selecting each component based on the impact each part has on the entire weapon platform… by carefully choosing the most reliable and robust parts… and by hand-fitting all components together and testing before the gun ever leaves the shop…

QUESTION: How much time does it take to build me my rifle?

Every rifle is built by hand. Every rifle undergoes our 13 Point Patriot Quality Inspection Process. Because of the hands-on nature of our custom gun manufacturing–the current lead time is 12-weeks from the time you buy until the day it shows up at your local gun shop. 

QUESTION: Is this rifle or gun legal in my state?

Ultimately, this is your responsibility as the local state/city laws vary from place to place. Be sure that you are legally eligible to purchase the standard AR-15 rifle in YOUR state (Residents of MD, CA, NY, NJ, CT, etc – please be aware of the laws concerning owning an AR-15 in your state and make sure you can actually own this rifle BEFORE you buy it!)
